TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Peak Season ( August 1-31 inclusive December 20 – January 15 ) : 60  days prior to arrival , 50% of room charge and 30 days prior full charge.
• Cancellations received 31 days or more prior to guest’s arrival date - no charge.
• Cancellations received 5-30 days prior to guest’s arrival date - 30% of booking revenue
• Cancellations received 0-5 days prior to guest’s arrival date - 100% of booking revenue.
• Late arrivals, no shows and early departures will be fully charged.

Check-in time after 2 p.m.

Check-out time before 12 Noon

Early & Late Departure Fee: Subject to availability

Children Policy: Children are welcome

Pet Policy : Pets allowed

50% deposit from the total room revenue is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Cancellation, including applicable taxes will be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee. Therefore, in the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your reservation, kindly ensure that you take note of the cancellation period provided above.
